We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, the excellent services provided by the staff and your assistance and willingness to provide us with quality service.
I, unfortunately, lost my passport in the cab on the way to the hotel from the airport. Your staff willingly assisted me in speaking with the cab driver (due to my limited knowledge of Spanish) and coordinated its return to the hotel. This got my shaky start off to what turned out to be the most relaxing vacation that I have ever had.
I loved lying by the pool, sipping Imperial Beer, tanning and reading three novels. I loved the rural atmosphere, driving along the highway (both lanes); learning about the cashew fruit that bears one nut; and shopping for souvenirs and groceries in Playas del Coco and Liberia . Everyone we encountered was wonderful. On the way back we experienced a four hour plane delay. However, I was so relaxed nothing could perturb me.

Special Thanks to Harbormaster Roy , Captain Pablo and Captain Manuel and mates
“Our fishing contingent from Houston had a marvelous experience again at El Ocotal this June.
The boats, the equipment and the crews were top notch. The fishing had the key elements of ocean beauty and exceptional fish quality which made for a wonderful few days on the waters of the Pacific. Our Sailfish were exceptional in size both in weight and length around the 105-120 lb class our roosterfish were over 80 pounds each for the most part. We had the small striped marlin and the huge blue marlin that Captain Pablo said was over 400 pounds plus the smaller fish including a nice yellowfin tuna so beautifully prepared by the chef at the resort on our final evening. My goodness what more could a fisherman ask for?. This was our fourth trip to Ocotal and we have never been disappointed. IT is all First Class Again Thanks
Robert Linder, Carlos Leach, Brad Cromeens and the three Godwins Ed,Ned and Pitt."
