All changes or cancellations must be done via e-mail to the reservations department and confirmed by the hotel within 24 hrs. Pets, except for guide dogs for bling people, are not permitted. Groups more than 10 rooms, full payment must be done 30 days prior to arrival. Fit’s full payment must be done 22 days prior to arrival: reservations@ocotalresort.com
