1- All reservation, changes or cancellations most be via email or fax to reservations department, have to indicate quantity of persons ( adults, and child) check in and check out date, company name and contact person, all this policies are valid for rooms, packages, or individual activities. 2- Reservations department will receive the request and send it back by same method, not longer than 24 hours, and will include the payment time limit even for Fit's and Groups, after the time limit, Ocotal wont guarantee the space if is not paid.

3- Additional person same room will have an extra charge of $25 plus taxes, include breakfast.

4- Maximum occupancy all rooms have two Queen size bed or one King size bed, and can be a maximum of 4 persons: 2 adults and 2 children (Double occ) / 3 adults and 1 children (Triple occ) / 4 adults (Quadruple occ) / 1 adult and 3 children (Double occ).

5- Check in/out hours, check in 3 pm and check out 12md. If the client does the check out after 3 pm Ocotal will charge a 50% of one night of room rate.

6- Facilities uses: a person who is not a guess of the hotel can use the facilities (pools, towels, public baths) paying $35 per person including, breakfast and lunch on the Roca Bruja Restaurant open menu (drinks not include).

7- Children policies under 10 years old, free on same room with adults, breakfast include. Children not allow being alone on a room. Meals at Roca Bruja has a discount of 50%, children from 0 thru 4 years no cost.

8- Pets not permitted only guide dogs for blind persons.

This applies for rooms, packages and individual activities.

In all cases no refund for late cancellations, unused portion of vouchers or packages, or no shows. Cancellations made after the time mention on top NO REFUND.

Christmas and New Year Dec 24 thru Jan 1, 07 (minimum 5 nights) to guarantee the space make first payment 30 days alter reservation made. 100% of payment most be made before October 24 2006 , Cancellations made alter this date NO REFUND. Reservations made after October 24,2006 have to be prepaid 100% at the same time of the reservation request. We don't guarantee special request for rooms.

Easter Week April 9 true 16, 2006, (minimum 5 nights), to guarantee the space make first payment 30 days after reservation made. And 100% of payment most be made before January 20, 2006 Cancellations made after NO REFUND. Reservations made after January 20, 2006 have to be prepaid 100% at the same time of the reservation request. We don't guarantee special request for rooms.

All reservations most be prepaid at least 30 days before guest arrival.

Payments in Costa Rica can be made in cash at our San José office Curridabat, frente a Plaza del Sol, Edificio Talisman, 2 piso or by wire transfer to: El Ocotal S.A . BANCO NACIONAL 100-01-015-002820-2 colones and BANCO NACIONAL 100-02-000603151-2 dollars.

It is agreed that Ocotal Resort will be relieved of its obligations in the event of acts of God, fire, flood, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.
